Important note about Italy: Due to logistical restrictions and high maritime shipping costs charged by carriers, shipments to the island regions of Sicily and Sardinia are entirely excluded from this rate, as are the minor islands (Elba, Capri, Ischia, Pantelleria, Lampedusa and the Venice Lagoon area).
Additional Important Information
- Order processing: All orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding local and national public holidays). If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipment tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery in real time.
- Delivery attempts: If you are not available at the delivery address at the time of the attempt, the carrier will contact you or leave a notification to schedule a new delivery, or to let you know where you can collect your parcel from the nearest official pick-up point.
