Available for full-price sneakers on orders to Mainland Spain where no coupons or promotions have been applied.

* Orders to the Balearic Islands and Europe are not eligible for free returns.

📅 Return Window

15 Calendar Days

From the moment you receive your order.

👟 Product Condition

Items must be in perfect condition, with the original protected box, tags and accessories (laces, keychains, etc.).

💳 Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method:

  • Card / PayPal: Refund directly to the original account.
  • Cash on Delivery: Via bank transfer (we'll need your IBAN). Processed within 48–72h.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a no-expiry coupon for your next purchase.

🔄 Size or Colour Exchanges

To make sure you don't miss out on your size (especially during sales), the process is:

  1. Place a new order for the correct size on our website.
  2. Start the return of the original item through the portal.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the package, we'll refund the amount of your first order.
