These General Terms and Conditions govern the distance selling relationship between CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL and the user or customer, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular: Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Terms and Conditions. Such modifications may be made through its websites in any legally admissible form and shall be binding for as long as they remain published on the website, until validly superseded by subsequent versions. Notwithstanding the above, CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Terms and Conditions, when deemed appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.

The purpose of this website is to advertise and offer sports footwear, clothing and accessories.

The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

You may also subscribe to our newsletter to receive offers on these products or general information that may be of interest to you.

As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you are aware of, understand, and accept the terms of use and these General Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and may not transfer them to third parties. You may update your registered information at any time in your customer area, where you can also view your order history and remove any records you no longer wish to keep.

Once the purchase process is complete, the customer will receive an email confirmation. It is essential that a valid email address is provided during checkout. Upon receiving the product at the provided delivery address, the customer will receive a copy of the order.

All products offered on this website are covered by the manufacturer's commercial warranty. Prices

All products display their sale price in Euros, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Any other applicable taxes will be clearly indicated.

Stock availability and synchronisation

At Central de Deportes Dalda, we operate a shared inventory system between our physical store and our online platform. Due to high product turnover and potential real-time fluctuations, in exceptional cases an item that has been purchased may not be available at the time of order fulfilment. In such cases, Central de Deportes Dalda undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and to process a full and immediate refund via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, with no additional liability arising from the lack of stock.

Shipping and delivery

Mainland Spain — Delivery times: Orders placed before 14:00 will be processed and dispatched the same day. Delivery will take place within 24/48 working hours from the dispatch date.

Balearic Islands — Delivery times: Orders placed before 14:00 will be processed and dispatched the same day. Delivery will take place within 3/4 working days from the dispatch date.

Europe — Delivery times: Orders placed before 14:00 will be processed and dispatched the same day. Delivery will take place within 3/6 working days from the dispatch date.

— Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 20:00. If you are unavailable, the carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery at a time that suits you. If a delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond TheSneakerOne's control, the carrier shall be held responsible.

Shipping costs

Mainland Spain: Shipping costs €5 for orders under €60. Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs are the same regardless of the number of items purchased, so ordering multiple products represents significant savings on delivery.

Balearic Islands: Shipping costs €6.95.

Europe Zone 1 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom): Shipping costs €12.95.

Europe Zone 2 (Denmark, Ireland): Shipping costs €14.95.

Europe Zone 3 (Finland, Sweden): Shipping costs €29.95.

The customer may pay for their order using any of the following methods, to be selected during the checkout process:

  1. VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
  2. PayPal account
  3. Apple Pay and Google Pay

All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment using standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All information you transmit to us is encrypted over the network.

Your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's payment page (POS terminal) and are not stored on any CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL server.

When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked to provide the following: your card number, expiry date, and a validation code corresponding to the last three digits printed in italics on the back of your card, providing an additional layer of security for the transaction.

If a purchase amount has been fraudulently or improperly charged to a payment card, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of both the provider and the cardholder will be processed as quickly as possible.

However, if the purchase was genuinely made by the cardholder and the refund request is not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or cancellation, the cardholder will be liable to CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL for any damages and losses resulting from the cancellation.

The availability of products offered by CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL updates stock regularly, a requested item may be out of stock at the time of purchase. In the event of non-fulfilment due to unavailability, CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL will notify the customer by email as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days. CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL may offer the customer the option to: receive a product of similar or superior quality at no extra cost, or receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order. Should CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL fail to issue this refund within the stated period, the customer may claim twice the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to seek further compensation.

Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints

The buyer has a minimum of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty and without stating a reason. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by notifying us by phone at 976.20.55.15, by email at info@thesneakerone.com, by post to AVDA DE MADRID 171 50017, ZARAGOZA, or via the withdrawal form.

In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, goods or services made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

— Returns

The customer must return or hand in the product directly at a TheSneakerOne store in Zaragoza, or send it to THESNEAKERONE, Avenida Manuel Rodríguez Ayuso 53, Zaragoza, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The deadline will be considered met if the customer returns the product before the end of this period.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product if they do not use the return shipping service offered by TheSneakerOne.

In all cases, items for return must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid damage in transit. Once received, we will inspect the condition of the item. Upon confirming that the item(s), along with any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue the refund.

— Payment refund

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received, or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

— Returning a defective product

If the product is not in good condition due to reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer is entitled to return it by notifying CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL of the reason through any of the contact methods set out in these terms, at no cost to the customer. A return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL undertakes to cover the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions agreed at the time of sale, subject to availability.

Jurisdiction

CENTRAL DE DEPORTES DALDA SL reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate in the event of improper use of its website or content, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their differences to arbitration or pursue the matter through the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and competence.
